Being a beauty pro with your own listing comes with certain responsibilities. Here are some resources to help support you along the way.

Interact smartly
Always pay and communicate on Glowify. Use Glowify’s messaging system to get to know your clients and share expectations about your artistry.
Read profiles and reviews of your potential clients, and look for verified phone numbers, connected social networks, and references. If potential clients don’t have any profile verifications, you can ask them to complete some.
Trust your intuition: if you don’t feel right about a reservation, don’t accept it.
Fill in your listing rules
Completing your listing rules helps clients know what to expect. Include anything you’d like people to know before they book – for example, whether you’d like them to bring a list of looks/styles they they like, whether they should bring along their current hair or makeup products, if clients are allergic to any products or have any skin or hair concerns.
Make sure you're insured
Glowify recommends that you take out public liability and/or the relevant business insurance if you operate as a professional hair stylist/hairdresser or professional makeup artist.

You can require clients to complete certain verifications before they book, such as Verified ID.
